1. Website Usage Agreement

By accessing and using the Nicyoga website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Service Description

Nicyoga Karting Center provides karting services including but not limited to:

• Single Ride (10 minutes) – 60 zł
• Double Ride (20 minutes) – 110 zł
• Kids' Karting (8 minutes) – 40 zł
• Group Package (5 people, 15 minutes each) – 450 zł
• Corporate & Team-Building Event – from 900 zł
• Full Day Pass – 550 zł

3. Booking and Payment

All karting sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

4. Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Arriving on time for their booked sessions
• Following all safety rules and regulations
• Wearing appropriate safety gear (helmets provided)
• Respecting other drivers and staff
• Following proper karting etiquette
• Reporting any equipment issues immediately

Nicyoga Karting Center commits to:

• Providing well-maintained karts and safety equipment
• Ensuring proper track conditions and safety
• Maintaining clean facilities and equipment
• Providing safety briefings and instructions
• Offering professional customer service

7. Safety and Liability

Users participate in karting activities at their own risk. Nicyoga Karting Center is not liable for any injuries that may occur during karting sessions. All users must follow safety guidelines and proper driving procedures. Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times.

8. Age Restrictions

Children under 6 years old are not permitted to drive karts. Junior karts are available for children aged 6+ with limited speed. Adult supervision may be required for younger drivers.
